Arango does his first studies at the Pinar del Río EIA Art School "Federico Engels"; graduated with a Bachelor of Humanities and Art Instructor, in the Specialty of Plastic Arts.
Graduated in Specialized Training in Cultural Promotion at the National Center "Superación para la Cultura".
He studied photography at the José Martí International Institute of Journalism.
Graduated in Public Relations and Mass Media from the Faculty of Communication, University of Havana.

In his professional career he has 5 personal exhibitions
